This form enables the buyer to make use of the spare parts / attachments guarantee claim. The claim will come into force only when all the mandatory fields in this form are completed. In the field “Failure description” please comment as detailed as possible about the product´s failure. Then start procedure.

It is required to write an email address of your own. The system will send a notice email, communicating the company has received the claim. At the same time, a die will be sent to your email to be printed and used as a mark in the product´s shipment. You will also receive at your email address a copy of the report to be sent attached to the docket. In case this procedure is not fulfilled, the company will not accept the claim.
